Q: What is your store return/refund policy?
A: Return requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase and must include the original receipt. All sales after that period will be considered final.

Q: How can I check if an item is in stock?
A: You may call our store at 310-973-5181 or message us through Instagram and a store staff will assist you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept in-store?
A: We accept Cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, EBT (Cash & SNAP), and Dat Moi Gift Card. We also accept Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal. 

Q: Do you offer frying services in-store?
A: Yes, we offer complimentary frying services for fish only (no fillets). While there is no charge for the frying service itself, applicable sales tax must be paid. Please note that EBT SNAP benefits cannot be used to purchase fried fish.

Q: Do you have an in-store rewards program?
A: Yes, we do! Signing up is easy—simply enter your phone number at checkout, and your rewards account will be created automatically. Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent. To ensure your purchases are credited to your account and your points continue to accumulate, be sure to enter your phone number every time you shop. As your points accumulate, you can redeem them for available rewards when prompted during checkout.

Q: Do you have Dat Moi gift cards available for purchase?
A: Yes, Dat Moi gift cards are available for purchase. Our gift cards are reusable and reloadable, making them a convenient option for personal use or gifting. They can also be linked to your rewards phone number for added convenience.

Q: Do you sell ready to eat Jamaican patties? 
A: Yes, we do offer ready to eat Jamaican patties. They are kept warm in a heated display case for freshness. We have two flavors available (Spicy Beef & Jerk Chicken) which you can conveniently purchase at checkout.

Q: Are animals allowed inside the store?
A: For health and safety reasons, only service animals are allowed.
